Breeze Club Membership Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
Open to homeowners with a qualifying HVAC system serviced by Ocean Air Heat & Air Conditioning LLC. Membership is non-transferable and applies to one system per enrollment. Additional systems can be added for an extra fee.

Membership Benefits (per system):
Membership benefits include those listed in the Breeze Club description above.

Term & Renewal:
Membership is valid for 12 months from enrollment and can be renewed annually at the current rate.

Service Limits:

• Applies only to the system listed at enrollment.

• Weekend or after-hours service calls are subject to technician availability. (Standard service fees may still apply for these calls.)

• Benefits cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation & Liability:
Membership can be canceled at any time. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law. Ocean Air Heat & Air Conditioning LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages outside warranty coverage.

Changes & Governing Law:
Terms and benefits may be modified with notice. Membership is governed by the laws of Florida.
